Coast Management of California needs to add several people to its staff. We are seeking people who are loyal, ambitious, hardworking, resourceful, dependable, and dedicated to providing our clients with superior service. You must be a non-smoker, have good writing skills, have excellent computer skills, and have the necessary experience to perform the job.
You will be paid very fairly based upon your knowledge, experience, professional designations and workload, with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. You will also receive generous health benefits and after three years, you will be eligible to earn stock in the company.

We currently need people for the following positions:
HOA Portfolio Manager - Community Manager
This position requires knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and at least two years of direct management experience. Professional designations and a real estate license are a plus.
Assistant HOA Manager
This position requires a basic knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and at least one year of experience assisting one or more HOA portfolio managers. The right person will aspire to become an HOA portfolio manager within one or two years.
Handyman
This is a part-time position that requires at least five years of building maintenance experience and a highly reliable and suitable vehicle. Compensation will be based on your knowledge and experience.
Full Charge Bookkeeper
This position requires at least two years of experience with Appfolio Property Manager or a similar software used for homeowner association accounting and management. You must be able to generate billings to homeowners and monthly financial statements for homeowner associations.
Recording Secretaries
The company is seeking to employ a part-time recording secretary to record minutes at homeowner association board meetings in Los Angeles County and Ventura County. You must be a college graduate with excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing skills.
